About RightSource

Most recruiting software returns a list and leaves you to work out why. RightSource shows the evidence behind every score, so a shortlist is something you can check rather than something you have to trust.

What we built

You paste a job description. RightSource reads the whole thing — not keywords — and works out what the role actually requires: the skills, the years behind them, the domain, the constraints that are genuinely mandatory versus merely preferred.

Then it ranks candidates against those requirements and shows its working. Every score comes with the evidence underneath it, so when a candidate is ranked third you can see why, and disagree.

Quietly

Searching does not create a public job post. Your competitors do not learn what you are building, and your inbox does not fill with agencies the moment you start looking.

People, not just software

We are a recruiting team as well as a product. Shortlists are reviewed by recruiters who do this for a living, and there is a phone number on this site that reaches a person.
